Fitterz is a free, accountless outfit visualization tool operated by Foxary SRL. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Fitterz only the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the visualization you request.
You may upload only yourself, a consenting adult, and garments or images you have the right to use. You are responsible for obtaining permission and complying with intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights.
Bring your own OpenAI key
Fitterz charges no fee. Live generation uses the OpenAI project connected to the key you provide, and OpenAI may charge that project. You are responsible for the key, its permissions, spending limits, and all provider charges.
Do not share a key you are not authorized to use. OpenAI's terms, policies, availability, safety systems, and pricing also apply to live generation.
Acceptable use
Do not use Fitterz to create deceptive, abusive, sexual, exploitative, unlawful, or non-consensual imagery; to process images of minors; to impersonate others; to bypass safeguards; or to interfere with the service or other users.
Foxary may block requests or access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, providers, or comply with law.
AI results are estimates
Generated images are illustrative estimates. They do not guarantee garment fit, sizing, fabric behavior, color, body proportions, product authenticity, or how an item will look in person.
Do not rely on Fitterz as professional, medical, purchasing, tailoring, or safety advice. Check retailer information and try garments when the decision matters.
Availability and warranties
Fitterz is provided as available without a guaranteed uptime, generation time, or error-free result. Features may change or stop, and third-party services may be unavailable or reject a request.
To the extent permitted by law, Foxary disclaims implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Foxary is not liable for indirect loss, OpenAI charges, lost browser data, purchasing decisions, or misuse of generated content. Foxary remains liable where liability cannot legally be limited.
