Fitterz is accountless and local-first. Your photos and key stay in your browser until you choose a live generation request.

Fitterz is operated by Foxary SRL, VAT BE 1032.783.843, Brussels, Belgium. Foxary is the data controller for the limited technical data described below.

Fitterz has no user accounts or hosted photo library. Saved models, wardrobe items, looks, preferences, and your OpenAI key are stored locally in your browser using browser storage such as IndexedDB and local storage.

This local information remains on that device until you remove it in Fitterz, clear the site data, or reset the browser. Anyone with access to your unlocked browser profile may be able to access it.

A demo preview does not send photos to OpenAI and uses no API credits. For live generation, Fitterz sends the selected model photo, garment images, generation instructions, and your OpenAI key through Fitterz's encrypted server endpoint to OpenAI for that request.

Fitterz does not intentionally retain the submitted photos, generated images, or OpenAI key after the request finishes. OpenAI processes the request under its own terms, privacy policy, and data controls. Your OpenAI project is billed directly by OpenAI.

Only upload photos of yourself or another consenting adult whose authorization you have. Do not upload minors, intimate images, or content you do not have the right to use.

Model photos can be biometric-adjacent personal data because they show a person's face and body. Fitterz uses them only to provide the visualization you request.

Fitterz uses self-hosted Umami analytics configured without advertising identifiers and with Do Not Track support. Fitterz does not use analytics cookies for this measurement, so no cookie banner is shown solely for Umami.

Cloudflare and the hosting server process normal security and delivery data such as IP address, request time, user agent, requested path, and security events. This data is used to prevent abuse, investigate failures, and keep the service available, and is retained only as long as operationally necessary.

Data is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to run Fitterz, including Cloudflare, Hetzner, Umami on Foxary infrastructure, and OpenAI when you request live generation. These providers may process data outside Belgium under their applicable safeguards.

Fitterz does not sell personal data. Local browser data follows the retention choices described above; technical logs follow short operational retention periods; live-generation payloads are not intentionally persisted by Fitterz.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Because most Fitterz data stays only in your browser and there is no account, Foxary may not be able to identify or retrieve it from the server.
